BPD: Suspect at large after officer-involved shooting in E. Bakersfield

Officials with the Bakersfield Police Department said officers attempted a traffic stop in the area of East California Avenue and Dr. Martin Luther King Boulevard. The driver of the vehicle allegedly refused to stop and evaded officers until he lost control in the 500 block of Haley Street, according to BPD.
