BPD: Man gunned down on 33rd Street

A man was gunned down on 33rd Street at Jewett Avenue just before 12:30 p.m. Sunday. Bakersfield police described the victim as approximately 20-years-old. Paramedics were performing CPR as he was being transported to a local hospital.
