BPD: Man arrested after pointing loaded gun at dog

BAKERSFIELD, CA- A man is arrested after pointing a loaded gun at a dog, according to Bakersfield Police.It happened about 9:40 Monday morning at Wayside Park near Ming and South Chester Avenues.According to police a woamn saw a man take a black handgun from a backpack, load it and then point the gun at a dog that was following him.
