BPD investigating suspicious package

Update: As of 10:05 a.m., the courthouse has not been evacuated. BPD gave personnel inside the option to evacuate, but employees declined. The streets are still closed between 19th and R Streets. V Street is also closed until the bomb squad determines the area is safe. BPD said streets could be closed about two hours.
