BPD ID's 2 people involved in Rosedale stabbing

Based on the witness statements and evidence located at the scene, an arrest hold was placed on John Cole Smith (40) for assault with a deadly weapon, conspiracy and participation in a criminal street gang as he was determined to be the primary aggressor.
