BPD finds Stiern Park shooting within policy

The Bakersfield Police Department released the following statementThe Critical Incident Review Board determined that the shots fired by Senior Officer Jose Galvan and Officer Jesus Trinidad in the Officer Involved Shooting on July 7, 2015, at 5201 Monitor St., Stiern Park were within Department Policy, and within State and Federal Guidelines.
