BPD: Driver arrested in hit-and-run accident

A driver with a suspended license is in jail this weekend after hitting a pedestrian and then leaving the scene of the crime, Sergeant Joe Grubbs with the Bakersfield Police Department said in a statement sent to 23ABC.
