BPD arrest 19-yr.-old in L Street shooting

Another teen has been arrested in connection to a Central Bakersfield shooting that took place outside a convenience store on December 6 and killed 25-year-old Abel Ibarra Trujillo, according to Sergeant Joe Grubbs of the Bakersfield Police Department.
