BFD holding fire drill exercises today

BAKERSFIELD, CA - The Bakersfield Fire Department academy is holding multiple drills for this year's recruits at its training facility on Olive Drive from noon to 10 p.m. on Thursday.     Recruits will be tested on medical and vehicle accident response, rescue operations, and structure fires.   There are two 'live fire" drills planned.
