BFD: Arsonist has to be saved from fire he started

BAKERSFIELD, CA- A man accused of starting a house on fire over the weekend had to be pulled out of the burning home by neighbors, according to the Bakersfield Fire Department.The Nicolas Peraza, 32, was taken to KMC to be treated for smoke inhalation.After treatment he was arrested and booked into the Kern County Jail on an Arson charge.The fire started about 4 Sunday afternoon according to BFD.Before the first fire crews could arrive, neighbors pulled Peraza from a front bedroom window.F
