BCSD board to discuss how to fill trustee spot

The Bakersfield City School District could be short a school board member come May. Longtime board member Bill McDougle, who's moving to Oregon, plans to attend his last board meeting as a trustee April 28, leaving the board to determine what to do in his absence.
