Bakersfield man dedicates decades to building teams

BAKERSFIELD, CA - A Bakersfield man has dedicated decades to building teams for kids. The Park Stockdale T-ball league has been around for 34 years. And, the man who started it, is still running the program today.
At the park, Thursday night, the tee is crossed and the crowds cheer. This has been the norm at Park Stockdale since 1981 when sports-loving Tom Bell and family moved here from Houston.
