Bakersfield fog hasn't been this bad in years

"Seemed like there were days when I first moved here, there were days when literally you couldn't see the end of your hood," said BPD Sergeant Joe Grubbs. "I remember having to stop at stop signs, at intersections, look for stop signs, stop lights, it was incredible foggy back in the day."
