Baby rolls 300 feet down the bluffs

BAKERSFIELD, CA - Bakersfield police are investigating what they're calling "suspicious circumstances" after a baby tumbled down the bluffs Wednesday night.
It happened around 10 p.m. on the bluffs along Panorama, northeast of Manor Street.     When officers arrived, fire and medical crews were already there treating the 8 month-old boy.
The infant's stroller had been left unattended by a sibling and rolled down the hill, plummeting 300 feet to the bottom, police said.
