Assemblywoman Grove honors Tehachapi resident

Assemblywoman Shannon Grove honored Tehachapi resident Scott Baker as the 2015 Small Business of the Year for the 34th Assembly District at a special ceremony in Sacramento earlier this week with business leaders from across the state. As a veteran and the owner of Anatase Products, Baker has proved a valuable asset to Kern County, creating jobs and providing our military with materials to defend our nation.
