Animal services to highlight foster program

BAKERSFIELD. CA- Animal lovers can get a chance to offer a temporary home to a kitten or puppy this weekend.The Kern County Animal Services is holding a baby shower themed event to highlight its foster program and let the public know how they can help save the lives of homeless pets in our community.The “Tiny Paws Kitten & Puppy Shower,” will be on Saturday, May 30th from 10 am to 1 pm at the Bakersfield shelter located at 3951 Fruitvale Avenue.
