Alcohol a factor in early morning crash

BAKERSFIELD, CA. - The California Highway Patrol said that alcohol may be to blame in a wrong-way crash early this morning in east Bakersfield.
According to CHP, the driver of a truck was heading north in the southbound lane of Oswell Street just after midnight when he crossed the center divider and collided with another vehicle near Pioneer Drive.
