$30 million set aside to fight citrus threat
The U.S. Department of Agriculture has announced grants totaling $30 million to fight a disease threatening California's citrus industry.
Twenty-two projects announced this week by USDA Secretary Tom Vilsack would combat citrus greening, also known as Huanglongbing, through a variety of near-term measures and research aimed at finding long-term solutions.
