2015 Kern County report card released today

BAKERSFIELD, CA.-Kern County children have made significant strides toward a healthier life over the past year. That's according to the 2015 Kern County report card released today by the Kern County Network for Children. But too many of Kern's youngest residents are still living in poverty. Kern County is one of the youngest counties in California.
