Woman killed in crash closing southbound I-35

AUSTIN (KXAN) — A woman in her early 20s was killed in a single-vehicle crash on Interstate 35 Wednesday morning closing the highway southbound from Oltorf Street to Woodland Avenue.
It happened around 2:23 a.m. in the southbound lanes between Oltorf Street and Woodland Avenue. Austin Police received several calls about a rollover. Several witnesses said they saw the car speeding before it crashed into a retaining wall.
