Winter Weather Advisory begins overnight as winter storm approaches

AUSTIN (KXAN) — Following an 81° spring-like day in Austin Wednesday, a powerful Arctic front is moving through this evening. Winds swing around to the north and gust as high as 35-40 mph late this evening and through the day tomorrow as crews work to further-contain the Rolling Pines Fire in Bastrop County.An isolated shower or thunderstorm is possible as the front moves through this evening, otherwise expect dry weather until the early-morning hours Thursday.
