Wind slamming glass door triggered Round Rock elementary lockdown

ROUND ROCK, Texas (KXAN) — Double File Trail Elementary School was placed on lockdown for 10-15 minutes Friday afternoon after a glass door was shattered.
A Round Rock ISD official says they believe wind opened the door and slammed it shut at the school, located at 2400 Chandler Creek Blvd, just after 2 p.m.
The school was placed on lockdown as officials investigated. The district determined there was no evidence that the glass was shattered by a projectile.
School dismissal resumed as nor
