WCRAS Leashing Hope program's largest class of shelter dogs rings in success

The Williamson County Regional Animal Shelter recently celebrated the fifth graduating class from its Leashing Hope program, which pairs shelter dogs with Bartlett Innovation Unit inmates for training and enrichment.
