KYLE, Texas (KXAN) -- A 25-year-old Kyle man was arrested and charged after a Wednesday night crash ultimately caused a train to collide with power lines in Kyle, according to the police department.Anthony Miller was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated in connection with the crash, according to the Kyle Police Department.KXAN is working to find attorney information for Miller to request a comment on his charge.
