VIDEO: Rice band receives backlash after satirical half-time

HOUSTON (KXAN) — Rice University says their band may have gone too far in a performance during their football game against Baylor on Friday.
The marching band called the “mob” formed a roman numeral nine on the field to represent Title Nine. That is the federal law Baylor is accused of violating in their sexual assault scandals.
