VIDEO: Driver attempting to pass school bus thought there was a lane

ALBANY, New York (NEWS10) — A video posted shows a BMW quickly attempting to pass a school bus on Tuesday, but instead crashes right into it.
There were apparently three kids were on the bus. There are no reported injuries, but they were taken to the hospital as a precaution.
Albany police say they took a report and issued the driver of the BMW a ticket for unsafe passing.
According to the police, the driver thought there was a right lane. There was not.
