VIDEO: Coast Guard’s dramatic Houston rescue

AUSTIN (KXAN) — Newly released Coast Guard video shows the moments four flooding victims were rescued by a helicopter.
The video shows the moments the chopper found the victims standing in waist-deep water. The hoist operator swings the rescue basket out of the chopper’s door and lowers it. One by one the victims are hoisted up into the chopper.
