UT football player arrested for DWI
AUSTIN (KXAN) — A University of Texas football player is in custody at the Travis County Jail on driving while intoxicated charges.
Kent Perkins, 21, was booked into jail at 4:54 a.m. Friday morning at 18th Street and San Antonio, according to Austin police.
He is a fourth-year offensive lineman for the UT football team. Perkins has played a total of 31 career games. ESPN ranked Perkins number six on the national list of offensive tackles when he was a senior in high school, according
