UT-Austin didn’t violate student’s rights in handling of pro-Palestinian protest, judge rules

A federal judge ruled Thursday that the University of Texas at Austin did not violate a former student’s First Amendment rights when it canceled the April 2024 pro-Palestinian protest and later suspended him.
