UPDATE: SWAT Situation ends in East Austin

3:15 am UPDATE: Austin Police say no one was inside the home involved in the SWAT situation on East Fourth Street. They do confirm shots were fired earlier Monday at the Valero gas station. Officers spoke with a person of interest outside the home involved in the SWAT situation but it is not clear whether the person is in custody. Officers are currently trying to figure out if there is a second person of interest in the case.
