UPDATE: Missing elderly man found safe, APD says

AUSTIN (KXAN) — The Austin Police Department says a missing elderly man with "significant memory loss" last seen Thursday afternoon in north Austin has been found safe. 1 in 4 COVID-19 tests in Texas are returning positive resultsPolice said earlier on Thursday he was last seen around 3 p.m. near the 1900 block of Magazine Street. That's in the Scofield Ridge Parkway/Metric Boulevard area.
