AUSTIN (KXAN) -- The Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) said a major crash has shut down all lanes on North U.S. 183, the agency said on social media Friday.ATCEMS medics said on social media they responded to the crash around 7 p.m. in the 13000 block of North U.S. 183 northbound.
