Two suspects arrested in shooting of Caldwell County deputy

CALDWELL COUNTY, Texas (KXAN) — A Caldwell County Sheriff’s Office deputy was shot and taken to the hospital Friday morning, where he is in serious condition.
STAR Flight 1 took the deputy to Dell Seton Medical Center, where he is awaiting surgery as of 8:20 a.m.
