AUSTIN (KXAN) --Tropical Storm Harold, born at 1 a.m. Tuesday, moved onshore at Padre Island at 10 a.m. with winds up to 50 mph.Winds retreated back to 45 mph as of the 1 p.m. update from the National Hurricane Center.
