Tropical Storm Fay forms in the Atlantic Basin

Tropical Storm Fay has formed in the Atlantic Basin on Sunday morning. Tropical Storm Fay is not a threat to the U.S. Fay is the sixth named storm of the Atlantic Basin hurricane season.
