Trash bag of dead puppies dumped near mailboxes in Burnet

AUSTIN (KXAN) --- A neighborhood wants answers after someone dumped a bag of dead puppies right near their community mailbox.
Now, the Burnet County Sheriff's Office said it is investigating the case.
