Trail users worry about safety on popular stretch with malfunctioning lights

AUSTIN (KXAN) — People who use a pedestrian walkway over Lady Bird Lake early in the morning and after dark say they worry for their safety when the overhead lights that line the path go out for weeks at a time, especially after several high-profile assaults on Austin trails in recent months.
