Trail of Lights will be open Wednesday night

AUSTIN (KXAN) — Austin’s quintessential Christmas tradition, the Trail of Lights, will be open Wednesday after soggy weather forced its cancellation Tuesday.
Zilker Park got approximately 1.6 inches of rain Tuesday, leading to puddles, ponding and soggy weather.
The trail was closed last weekend due to soggy weather as well. Organizers say in some spots, there were six inches of standing water that had to be vacuumed out by pump trucks.
