Tracking a dangerous cold snap coming to Texas

AUSTIN (KXAN) -- Rain and thunderstorms inundated central Texas Monday morning. While parts of the Hill Country missed out, LCRA rain gauges totaled amounts as high as 2.52" in Manor and 2.45" in east Austin. Camp Mabry recorded its heaviest one-day rainfall total since August with 1.80" -- nearly a daily rainfall record.
