Too warm and too humid = high heat index

AUSTIN (KXAN) —A few heat index numbers reached the mid to upper 90s during the noon hour. As high temperatures warm into the low 90s the forecast is for the heat index reaching the upper 90s to some at 100°.
We'll see similar numbers tomorrow afternoon as it appears the morning clouds will clear sooner.
