Third lane of MoPac finally opens at Lady Bird Lake

AUSTIN (KXAN) — Drivers will be rejoicing as the third lane of northbound MoPac has finally opened at Lady Bird Lake and the Enfield Road exit.
Video released by the Central Texas Regional Mobility Authority shows a simulation of what it will look like for drivers to get onto the new MoPac Expressway Lanes from northbound MoPac. While the third lane of MoPac is open, crews are still working to complete the northbound Express Lane.
