AUSTIN (KXAN) -- A warm muggy 78° greeted early risers Friday. The area was mostly cloudy. Much of the cloud cover cleared out during the morning to a sunny sky at noon.Scattered clouds will arrive during the middle to late afternoon as moisture becomes a little more plentiful.
