AUSTIN (KXAN) -- The day dawned under a mostly clear sky with a few scattered clouds here and there. The area will see increasing clouds later today and again overnight.An area of surface low pressure is moving across South Texas. A cold front is moving south through the Panhandle. The low will push moisture towards Central Texas leading to a 10% chance of rain this afternoon. The front will arrive very late tonight/overnight with a few more showers ahead of it. The chance of rain tonight is 20%
