Texas winter storm: How city, county leaders learned from 2021 arctic blast

AUSTIN (KXAN) — Cities, counties and emergency management agencies across Central Texas have been getting ready for this week's storm expected to bring freezing temperatures to the region.
The City of Austin started its work this past Sunday. Those in Hays County began discussions earlier this week and in Williamson County briefing calls kicked off Tuesday.
