Texas Tech student discovers abandoned baby in driveway

LUBBOCK, Texas (KXAN/Nexstar) — Authorities in Lubbock are trying to find out who abandoned a baby in the middle of a driveway earlier this week.
KXAN’s sister station, KLBK, reports on Monday, a Texas Tech student walked out to her driveway around 7 a.m. and found a baby wrapped in a blanket inside a plastic container. Police say the baby appears to be in good physical condition.
Child Protect Services currently has custody of the infant while police try to gather more information o
