Texas Senate votes to criminalize mobile lottery applications
AUSTIN (Nexstar) -- Just four days after the Texas Lottery Commission changed its precedent by banning lottery couriers, the Texas Senate unanimously voted to criminalize them. If passed by the Texas House and signed by Gov.
