Texas redistricting case to face 3 judge panel in San Antonio this week

SAN ANTONIO (KXAN) — Monday, a score of lawyers will walk into a federal courthouse in San Antonio and try to convince federal judges that state lawmakers drew their districts to benefit white people at the expense of minorities in Texas.
