Texas drunk driving stops could play out differently with new technology

WILLIAMSON COUNTY, Texas (KXAN) — A new statewide system to expedite the blood draw warrants for DWI’s is in the testing phase. The new technology is expected to change the way drunk driving stops play out in the state.
