Texas Capitol vandalized, Fort Worth man arrested

AUSTIN (KXAN) – A 22-year-old man is behind bars on felony charges after breaking into the window of the Texas Capitol and damaging a painting inside early Sunday morning.
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, Tanner Christian Graeber, 22, of Fort Worth, was spotted around 3:27 a.m. by a DPS trooper entering a temporary wooden walkway that was in place due to renovations.
