Temperatures plummeting as winter storm develops

AUSTIN (KXAN) — Temperatures dropped rapidly late Monday night as a strong cold front barreled through Central Texas. Temperatures were dropping 20º in one hour. Some Hill Country locations were below freezing before 11 p.m.
